About Us
Dr. Maziar Tavazoei DMD DClinDent (Perio) MRACDS (Perio)
Dr Maziar Tavazoei is a registered specialist Periodontist who was born in Tehran, Iran. He graduated from dental school with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree in 1998. Soon after graduation he started a residency program in restorative dentistry at Mashad dental school. He passed the Australian Dental Council exams with ease and worked as restorative dentist in central Queensland (Rockhampton and Yeppoon) for some years before going back to University for the third time, to complete a three years specialist training program in Periodontics and Dental Implants. Maziar has been involved in implant dentistry since 2002. He and his family have chosen to call beautiful Gold Coast their home since 2012. Dr. Tavazoei has been involved in teaching and supervising roles at Griffith University, working with both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He feels blessed for having had a role in formation of now many amazingly competent dentists around Australia.

Saori (Sara) Hara ADDH (Adelaide) RDH (Japan)
Originally from Japan, Saori graduated from Tsurumi University in 2002 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Later she earned an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health from TAFE SA in Adelaide. At graduation, Saori was awarded the Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence of performance.
Saori is passionate about providing patients with the best treatment possible and in the most comfortable manner achievable.
Outside of work Sara loves playing piano, scuba diving and traveling.
Justine Cawley OHT (QLD)
Justine is a real Gold Coaster, bred and born in the most beautiful city in the world!

Justine started her journey working in school dental vans for over 10 years. She continued to study towards gaining a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science, then Dental Hygiene through academic upgrade. This allowed her to broaden her horizons by working alongside specialists as well as general dentists, and accumulating invaluable skills and knowledge.
Jamelle Knight OHT (QLD)
Janelle is an experienced Oral Health Therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the health industry. A strong commitment to continual self improvement and training, so to provide an excellent level of care to patients. Special interest in paediatric dental care, preventative dentistry and children with special needs. Current committee member for DHAAQ and registered with AHPRA.
Graduating from Griffith University with the Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence and attaining Honours in Advanced Clinical Practice in Dental Therapy from The University of Melbourne. Graduated from business and public health from Griffith University and The University of South Australia.
Motivated to apply newly acquired business and public health knowledge into the dental practice, to improve clinic functionality, staff and patient experience.
Volunteer and proud supporter of The Esesson Foundation. Helping to provide dental treatment to disadvantaged children.
